Recording/Mixing Engineer
The Recording/Mixing Engineer is responsible for the efficient and effective recording, mixing, and editing of localized and vendor files. The role includes expertise in producing quality sound per the clients' specifications.
Specific Responsibilities
- Assists the Team Leader in delivering the required work output for the team
- Ensures that all pre-mix or mixed files are received accordingly
- Provides feedback on dubbing aspects needed to improve mixing and output standards
- Performs full-mix on dubbed programs assigned and seen to complete
- Delivers complete and correct premix for QC and/or transcription purposes
- Prepares and updates team dashboards to ensure that project timelines are met
- Observes compliance to defined company policies, procedures, and guidelines and drives continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Audio Engineering, or its equivalent
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a related field
- Fluent in English both in written and spoken
- Must have strong knowledge of audio software, hardware, and mixing
- Able to work with minimum equipment/audio setting
- Able to work with tight deadlines, under pressure, and with minimal supervision
- Highly analytical and meticulous
- High attention to detail and a good understanding of the technical aspects of the job
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule
