Specific Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate projects from scratch. Work with team members to meet goals by an assigned deadline. Keeps up to date on all aspects of a project, schedule assigned duties, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and monitoring project orders, project plans, project schedules and work hours for each channel/client.
  • Liaising with clients, other teams and resources regarding project schedule and materials availability.
  • Organizing project deadlines and ensuring they are met.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Developing project strategies and determining project changes.
  • Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
  • Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking project tasks as required.

Capabilities and Skills

  • Strong and consistent communication skills to build and nurture relationships with Client as well as with project managers as required to assist in meeting our delivery fulfilment deadlines
  • Able to provide a strong delivery with an eye for detail. Pragmatic in approach and able to solve problems to ensure that deliverables quality, cost and timing are on or ahead of standards and expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities, including customer-specific requirements for each project.

Expectations and Outputs

  • Amenable to work in early schedule (6am to 3pm)
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
