Interim HR Manager, Nordics

The role is a 4 month fixed term paternity leave cover. You will be based in Copenhagen, reporting to the Senior HR Manager based in London. You will be an important part of the complete HR life cycle in the Nordics; Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will be a first point of contact for employees and managers in all HR related matters. You will partner with the Nordic management team and Global HR to implement best practice, ensure that HR processes run smoothly and coaching stakeholders on management techniques and performance management. You will be the mail responsible for organizational people strategies, recruitment, performance management, reward & recognition and career development and retention.

About you

  • You have a proven track record of executing change management while delivering successful HR support.
  • You have knowledge of employment issues e.g., absence management, disciplinary & grievance.
  • You have experience in implementing practices in line with collective bargaining agreements.
  • You have excellent communication skills across countries and cultures, you are diplomatic with the ability to deal with sensitive information and difficult situations.
  • You are capable to work on your own initiative while reporting and presenting information to your stakeholders in other countries.
  • You are fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages.
