Project Manager, Dubbing

The Project Manager will manage multiple projects/clients and will be the liaison between internal teams and clients. Project Managers will build and maintain strong relationships with the clients while working in tandem with Engineers, Project Coordinators and partner dubbing studios.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients. Understanding client’s needs.
  • Manage schedule from order to delivery of project
  • Arrangement and coordination of translators, directors, staff, studios, and voice actors
  • Proofreading of dubbing scripts
  • Attending dubbing and recording
  • Checking before the final delivery of the project
  • Manage budgets and process invoices, etc.

Required Capabilities & Skills

  • Experience working in the dubbing industry at Project Manager level (Must have at least 3 years work experience in a related field or industry)
  • English Proficiency (ex. TOEIC score of 800 or above)
  • Basic PC skills
  • Highly motivated individual who works comfortably and autonomously in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Strong individual lead who is passionate and takes initiative
