Project Coordinator, Dubbing

The Dubbing Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the project teams manage resources and information and assist with scheduling and planning meetings and project activities. The Project Coordinator includes roles that require expertise in a specific area, such as quality checking and vendor management.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Communicates with internal script editor and audio engineer and freelance dubbing directors, scriptwriters, and voice talents regarding deadlines and output quality;
  • Coordinates with dubbing directors regarding voice talent schedules;
  • Establishes priorities for specific production tasks to make sure they adhere to production schedules;
  • Estimates worker hour requirements to ensure assignments are finished on time and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
  • Confers with department supervisors to determine the progress of work and to provide information on changes affecting efficiency and quality of production;
  • Analyzes and recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of the product, if needed;
  • Coordinates with freelancers with regards to project assignments and provides feedback;
  • Performs QA training and management by assisting, reviewing, and ensuring smooth process of scripts QC end-to-end from internal to client
  • Observes compliance to defined company policies, procedures, guidelines and drives continuous improvement; and
  • Performs other function-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Education, Linguistics, Mass Communications, or its equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience in a related field
  • Fluent in English both in written and spoken
  • Highly analytical and meticulous
  • High attention to details
  • Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule

Key Performance Indicators

  • Financial: Project Delivery (100% timely project delivery)
  • Customer: Deliver quality work output or project/s • Ensure clients acceptance of work output (Acceptance rate/Number of project redeliveries)
  • Process / Operational: Constant communication with the stakeholders • Timely submission of productivity reports (Response time/No late submission of reports)
  • People: Contribution to the team’s goals and objectives • Participation in the company’s planned employee engagement activities (Number of achieved team’s target/s per month/Number of participated activities)

Expectations and Output

  • Implements effective means for monitoring and evaluating the work process and the attainment of mutual goals
  • Regular updating of productivity dashboard with visibility to the concerned stakeholders
  • Maintain an effective communication channel with the team members and concerned talents
  • Develop a harmonious relationship with the concerned stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project/s
