Production Coordinator

Client Operations and Coordination - assists with all aspects of a project, which lead to timely completion and delivery, following the company standards and the clients’ technical requirements. The Production Assistant role is more focused on assisting client operations team on data entry which including order creation, assets creation, update schedules with accurate data and materials checking. Once the Account Executive receives the official order from the client, the Production Assistant will be briefed with the project requirements and execute internal coordination accordingly. Organizational skill is a must.

Specific Responsibilities

  • System management:
  • Enter job orders into the company’s database.
  • Collect and consolidate purchase orders and makes sure that the details are accurately reflected in the system.
  • Maintain database in an organized manner.
  • Ensure that delivered projects are updated and invoiced in the system and schedules with accurate details.
  • Gather information and consult on invoice and billing process as requested by finance.
  • Production management:
  • Project execution – oversee the entire process, monitor works in progress until delivery.
  • Communicate changes in client requirements and timeline to production.
  • Coordination with SDI’s global counterpart on various projects.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned

Capabilities and Skills

  • Efficiency at work, both independently and in a team environment.
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft applications like Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Be able to research and use multiple streams of data to find information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to work depending on business need.
  • Perform other reasonable related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A graduate of a four-year degree course; Business and/or Communications degree is an advantage.
  • Customer service related work experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Interest in the entertainment industry and/or post-production.
  • Administrative experience managing multiple forms, orders and communications internally and externally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
