Media technician is an essential part of the organization's success, as they contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of media operations, and the overall efficiency of multimedia-related tasks, responsible for providing technical support in audio, visual, and multimedia equipment, together ensuring the quality of media outputs in editing, encoding, or formatting multimedia content of the final product meets the required standards

KPI & Responsibilities:-

  • Able to analyse, identify, and describe issues in video and audio materials

  • Identify potential issues in projects and preventing these issues to compromise the projects

  • Able to actively participate in sending out feedback and flagging issues in the files, suggesting solution to issues

  • Able to perform technical quality control and content compliance adhering to the standards and guidelines.

  • Able to perform editing tasks on NLE software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, etc.

  • No room for errors and commitment to job accuracy at all times.

  • Submit technical reports on quality and content when required.Capabilities and Skills

  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision.

  • An individual who is highly passionate who takes initiative and lead in a fast-paced environment for career growth.

  • Very detail-oriented and contributes media ideas & solutions.

  • Communicate professionally, keeping the positive vibe within the team via email or communication tools.

Skills & Experience Required:-

  • • Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication/ Film & Studies / related filed is required for this role

  • 1-2 years experience in related field is required for this role

  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Required languages: English & Bahasa Melayu, he/she must be able to speak and write in these languages fluently

  • Highly motivated individual who works comfortably and autonomously in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong attention to detail

  • Work collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities

  • Strong individual lead who is passionate and takes initiative

  • Communicate clearly and professionally (written and verbal) with team members, internally(company)

  • Able to contribute media related ideas and solutions

  • On-site work

  • Rotational Shift including night shift

  • Monday – Friday & Tuesday – Saturday
