Creative Director
The Creative Director is responsible for providing creative guidance and support in the production of film and TV/streaming series dubbing projects. They are required to produce Creative Series Overviews and casting notes that provide guidance to local dubbing studios. Provide benchmark for global creative quality expectations. Identify and improve studio structures and creative workflows. Implement creative quality checks. The role provides additional guidance regarding style and approach to key dubbing scenes, final audio mix, and final casting approval. The Creative Director builds relationships with key clients, studios, and talent, coordinating communication and creative feedback among them
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Audio or Music Production, Post-Production, Film and Television, or related field, plus two (2) years of experience in dubbing or voiceover production.
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in dubbing or voiceover production, will accept four (4) years of experience in dubbing or voiceover production.
Specific skills:
- Audio recording studio processes and terminology.
- The ability to identify potential challenges with regards to voice-script localization.
- Managing projects in terms of casting voice overs for TV and radio commercials.
- Directing and coordinating sessions and digital deliveries of video and radio to broadcasters.
- Project planning and consulting the client for creative aspects of production.
- Updating the voice talent base, scouting new talents, and overseeing casting.
- Managing global localization projects for entertainment studios involving multiple language versions.
- Advising clients and local studios on creative decision making.
- Ensuring that the client’s expectations are met, and the local flavor is being captured for each assigned territory.
