Booker/Planner

This position is responsible for planning the studios, technicians, voice actors and freelance directors. You are responsible to ensure the efficient planning of these resources. A successful candidate in this position will appreciate employment in a fast growing multinational company amongst a multinational team in a young and modern environment. Principle Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategically schedule recording studios, technicians, directors, actors and singers within a planning system
  • Prepare and implement backup solutions when changes occur
  • Enter and maintain production data and updates in production system
  • Continuously monitor the status of various productions in parallel

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience with scheduling and planning the work of others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strength in negotiation and organization skills
  • Ability to make decisions under time pressure
  • Multi-tasking skills within in complex issues
  • Flexibility to work independently, in a team and with a variety of other departments
  • Ability to prioritize one's own work and to meet regular deadlines
  • Native Finnish language skills, excellent English skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with databases (i.e. Navision)
  • Detail orientation and ability to maintain focus
  • Experience working in the post production / localization of film and entertainment media sector is desirable
