Project Manager

The position as Global Client Management Project Manager will manage the dubbing and delivery of multiple projects and clients and will be the liaison between Iyuno-SDI internal teams and clients. Project Managers will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients while working in tandem with the Sales, Account Management & Leadership Teams.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with the client through regular interaction and communication.
  • Evaluate individual client and project needs, proactively evaluating if challenges may arise and seek to address problems.
  • Build strong working relationships within the different centralized and global teams.
  • Ensure that the global dubbing team is delivering operational excellence by ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Partner with the Quality team to perform root cause analysis of any issues which arise within the workflow.
  • Provide regular metric reporting to Strategic Account Management and Global Directors to monitor facility and freelance performance.
  • Ensure that any changes to client requirements are cascaded out to all of the local teams clearly and effectively.

  • Project Managing/Scheduling multi-language orders
  • Provide clear information and guidance to the language teams
  • Take responsibility on the assigned client projects, and report critical issues to the Global Directors in charge
  • Ensure quality on the deliverables by monitoring the process
